I had also notified them that my Kaspersky was picking up Trojans from their website but I never received a response. One Trojan managed to get though (out of MANY) and I had to stay up until 2:30 am making sure my new laptop (12-26-08!) was cleaned & safe. I lost my last computer because of viruses. I would have ben VERY PO if I lost this one or even had to pay the geeks to fix it.
