Now how do I get these TROJAN Viruses of MY computer?

When I run scans I'm told I have SIX "severe" viruses - trojans, malware, and I forget the others too. I've been to all kinds of sites to run their software but all tell me that they can't be removed!

I cannot use my system restore before 2/20, the date this happened on Auctiva either! (it will only let me select 2/20, 2/21, 2/22, or 2/23 now. I don't want to restore those dates. They all have this virus!

I can't get my virus alert messages from Norton to get off my screen - I can't do anything! I mean, I can surf and stuff but I don't know who is getting what info, etc.

Even when I try to sign into Auctiva's "secure sign in" page I get a message that I will be visiting an unsecure site and my information could be passed. Why isn't their 'secure' sign in page secure?

PLEASE help!! I have been to malwarebytes.com, Windowslive scans, and my own Norton but nothing will remove these viruses. I have lost a LOT of TIME AND MONEY OVER THIS, and now it looks like I'll still lose more.

I am very upset as I'm sure a lot of other people are as well.
