Make sure you follow Mike's info on clearing your cache and cleaning your computer here:

Our IT and devs are monitoring everything very closely to make sure no virus still remains.

If anyone is still worried, I would also suggest searching for Auctiva.com in Google. If we were to be reinfected, Google would flag us again. If the search result for Auctiva.com takes you directly to our site, we are not flagged by Google. If it instead takes you to a Google page titled:
"Concerns About Web Search Results: Results labeled 'This site may harm your computer'" then we have been reinfected.
