What you are seeing in auctiva is information delays. Usually auctiva can be at least 3 to 4 hours behind and I have found in the past a days cycle on their updates from ebay.

I always use my ebay page for all this information, since it is updated immediately. Plenty of side links to disputes, feedbacks, etc. I really got used to it after awhile. I have 2 ebay accounts, and just log in and out of my ebays for both of them.
