Okay, I really need some help here!

I am trying to use a custom template. I brought the one I wanted from eBay and changed the tags. I set up my "Seller Items". I did a test listing and chose my master profile, my custom template and my seller items. Preview, everything shows up! Great!!! But, I decide that I want my seller items bulleted. I go to html view and the only thing showing is the test description. I wanted to cut this to practiceboard so you all could see it, but can't find my complete html code. Help!!! I am really frustrated and about to give up on Auctiva...
