Okay, I think I might have messed something up

I've only done 1 listing thru Auctiva just to see how it works. This afternoon I sold a bunch of items to one lady that also bought something from the listing I did thru Auctiva. It wont let her check out with all the items. The item thru Auctiva is seperate from all the others. Is there a way to fix this before I list more?
