Report them to eBay for invalid contact info. They'll also get a strike/strikes for unpaid items. Have they formally responded to the unpaid item disputes? If so, I think you can close them and get your listing fees back. Nothing you can do about the feedback at this point. Sucks, but that's just the way eBay works. You might get lucky and the guy might get himself "NARU'd" (eBay suspends his account). In that case, I think the negative feedbacks go away after some time. I'm not exactly sure how long it takes, though.
