Okay Thank you for all the advice!! Truly appreciated. After searching more about negative feedbacks I found that if you submit for refunds on fees for non payment and send the buyer an email to request payment, if the buyer responses as this has, they can then leave you negative feedback so, that's how I ended up with 3 negative feedbacks!!
BUT WAIT, that's not all I found out today!!!
A little more investigation on my part and a few more phone calls, I have found out that the address this buyer gave eBay is FRAUDULENT,it's actually a UPS store(along with the fraudulent phone as I had mentioned earlier in my post). So, of course I have given this all to eBay to digest and I hope that they will agree with me that this buyer is a FRAUD! and kick them out of eBay and remove the negative feedbacks!!! Smile
