I hope you don't mind a little constructive criticism. I think your ads are great - very professional, and your gallery pics are just beautiful. The feedback you gave, while surely deserved, makes it look like you are angry (IN ALL CAPS), and contain a lot of subjectivity. The buyer may indeed be a low life cheat and liar

, but it comes off kind of badly when you see it in feedback left by a seller.

As a buyer, I know that I am personally turned off by that type of feedback. Stick to the facts - it's the best way to get your point across AND come off as classy and professional. Don't make it personal - it's just business.

Like I said, it's just my opinion, and you can tell me to go stuff it if you like

, I just hate to see you lose potential customers because of something like that.
