If you have had a bogus buyer you should now watch out for spoof e-mails trying to get your account details. Bogus buyers bid on items to get your e-mail address. They don't care about feedback. Then they start to send e-mails that look like they come from eBay with links to get you to key in your log in details. Then they hijack your account. Genuine mail from eBay will address you by your full name while spoofs will say 'Dear ebay member' or some such thing. Also genuine ebay mail will also be in your messages folder in 'My eBay'. Be vigilant. Never click on a link in these e-mails. There's more info about spoof e-mail on the ebay site.
