Opening ebay store, help?

I have been wanting to open an ebay store and just realized today is the last day for the 30-day free subscription- so I jumped in and opened it. Now I am needing a logo. Is there any way I can use a template from this site? I know how to copy and paste, that's about it. I sell vintage items, don't need anything fancy just a border around my store name or small picture. Can anyone guide me on how to do this. Thanks Sandy
