Hello Sandbagsragsnriches, (that spelt right?)
The only thing I can think to check is:
Goto eBay Homepage and sign in
Click on 'My eBay' tab
Under My Account on the left side and towards the bottom click on 'Preferences'
Under the heading 'Selling Preferences' find 'Buyer Requirements' and click 'SHOW'
Now click the 'edit' button that is now under 'Hide'
Down at the bottom of this screen be sure there is no check mark in 'Buyers without a PayPal account'.
If this option is checked, it shows a 'PayPal required' message below your pricing.
You can still accept PayPal it just won't block users without a PayPal account from bidding on your items. Great if you take other forms of payment obviously.
