Paypal in Auctiva Checkout Profile

For some reason Auctiva will not accept the email address for my PayPal account. I have checked multiple times and PayPal has it correct. I enter it and still get the red "Enter Paypal Email Address" message and it will not continue past there.
Has anyone else had this problem and how did you solve it???
