"PayPal Required" Notation Showing Under the Current Bid

I would like to learn how I may also include the notation "PayPal Required" to show under the Current Bid at the top of the eBay Auction. This is usually highlighted in bold blue color.

I am hoping this may be accomplished when I make my Auctions through Auctiva.

Any guidance you can provide me is appreciated.
