I had a buyer file a claim and she said the item was stained. Of course, it wasn't. It was in 'like new' condition. PayPal gave her all of her money back BUT they didn't take it from my account. I thought she had purchased the extra PP insurance or something. The PP rep told me they didn't take out the money from my account because I was such a good customer.
Now, an international buyer that I let pay via PP is doing a chargeback some 6 weeks later. She's claiming she never received her item. In 3 years I have yet to have an item lost in the mail domestically or internationally. That is until this witch entered my life. She is the rudest, bitchiest buyer I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Here user ID is Mysearch2.
