Photo does not show in Template

Hi,
I can not find any other posting that talks about getting the photo to show up in the Template on ebay. Actualy it won't show up even in preview on Auctive. I am using the red-white-blue template and it say that the photo should be there. As of yet no progress. Can I get alittle help here.
