Photo Gallery Question(s)

Hi all, hopefully this is an easy one. I have 200 listings, all with the "gallery" option selected, but when I review my postings, only the first 14 or so show up on the gallery of every one of them.. why? Can I adjust this? Do I have to time my listings differently to utilize the gallery in "groups" or what-not.
Any insights would be most helpful!!
