Reply to "Photo not available in my store window please help"

I've had the same problem as you describe for several days--my Auctiva store shows the pictures as "waiting to load," but they never load.

It would behoove a/the system administrator to comment on this situation--is it a system problem or do each of us experiencing it have to file a service request?

Needless to say, I'd appreciate anyone's advice. Thanks in advance!
