Reply to "Photo not available in my store window please help"

Here's the reply I received to my support request:

Hello,

The developers are in the process of releasing a software update to the site. They will have it up on the site as soon as possible. Your images should be available at that time. We are grateful for your patience.

As I've mentioned before, the users are being used to debug the site. It would have been nice to know that upfront.
