Thanks for contributing to our forum. Our system will currently only automatically attempt to create a scrolling gallery image for each listing once, at the time the listing is posted, so it is actually expected that listings posted without images will not have scrolling gallery images created for them as you described.

However, if you contact our customer support team as Ed suggested after you have added images to your listings and ask us to create your scrolling gallery images for you, we will be able to take care of that manually.

You can reach our customer support team by mousing over the “Help” tab within your account and selecting the “File Support Case” option. I hope this helps!
