If you've revised the auction the way you want it you should be able to go into Saved Listings, tick the box next to the listing and hit the "Get HTML" button at the top.

Then go over to eBay to actually revise the listing and stick that HTML into the description box. That's actually the only way to revise an active listing (except for appending a picture to the bottom).
