Hi Mike D for the explanation. But yesterday I had a case where my logo, which was stored in my folder on Auctiva, had disappeared. I only found that out when I went to manage my store on eBay and noticed that my logo picture was gone from all my end of auction memo, invoice and about me page on Ebay. I have never deleted it before, why would I? I had to upload the logo to Auctiva AGAIN. But I found the other way to keep my logo active (on Ebay, I loaded it from my own computer)so I'm not using Auctiva image for that. Also yesterday my avatar photo was gone from the community boards, it showed as PICTURE OF HOPPYESHOPPER words in place of it. I uploaded it again, and hopefully it'll show back where it belongs.
p.s. it does now
