Reply to "pictures fail to upload"

I am using the same pictures the same way, as I did yesterday, and for the last 2 years. It is jpg. I never had this problem before, infact I even tried to upload pictures that are already uploaded, and I got the same message. I then went to E Bay and upload on a listing, and it worked fine there.
