Reply to "Pictures "Failing" computer problem!"

I have also encountered this problem and have been in contact with the auctiva support team for over 24 hours to no avail. I since registered with another image host and have no problem. I'm not sure if it is our computers or what...but I am tired of beating my head against a wall. It's a real shame...I liked using auctiva. If you come across a resolution, please let me know.
