Reply to "PICTURES NOT LOADING. Getting errors. Will only upload 1 at a time"

this error while uploading pictures started MID March!! I can only load ONE at a time now using the htlm way. I used to upload about 5-6 at a time. Now it will only do one...then creeps along when I'm on the 2nd upload and it STOPS. This is ridiculous.

I DO CLEAN OUT MY COOKIES and THE CACHE. It is not on my end.
