Hi all,

If your issue is that "Loading Image" is being displayed on your Auctiva store window, the reason is...

We are in the process of transferring our hosted images on to new servers, which should increase the speed and reliability of our image hosting service. During this process, many users' images be unavailable or fail to load for periods of time.

This process should be completed by the morning of 2/17, at which point this issue should be resolved.

We appreciate your patience with regard to this matter.

If your issue is that "No Picture Available" is being displayed in your store window, please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page and our support staff will assist you.
