Reply to "Pictures will not load & Auctiva is sooo slow today"

Okay now I've been trying to load just 1 picture & as soon as I select the picture to be downloaded and click onto upload command, I get the green bar loaded with green, however, it tells me it's "waiting for Auctiva Server"? Looks as though I won't be listing tonight as planned. Grrrr.
I've never had this problem before and it's so frustrating. I've cleared cookies, rebooted and restarted my screen several times to no avail. Is it Auctiva or on my end?
