I haven't used the new beta yet BUT...
An easy way to rearrange your pictures is to click on one of the empty image selection boxes. At the very top you'll see View-use dropdown box & pick LIST. (if you see a red warning screen saying you have over 1000 pics, just ignore it) Scroll down and all your pics will be lined up, you can change the order from there. It's alot easier than it sounds
