Sandy,
You can add some more features to your store header if you want to, it is very easy!

Just go back to the Listing Frame under Manage my Store and scroll to underneath where you changed the box on the left to no box. See where it says "Store Listing Header"? Here, I have every box clicked on and then on the bottom you can set up direct links to your store's categories. Then just click on apply when your done. If there is something that you do not like how it looks, just go back to Listing frame and unclick on it.

Hey if you decide to give this a try, let me know if you need any help. I really like your listings too...very neat and not cluttered. You also take very nice pictures...do you have a photo cube?? I love those!
