If you're currently listing through Auctiva (even if you're using your own template) and the Store Window isn't showing in your ads then I think all that means is that your Store Window is disabled. It can be used independent of their templates.

If I understand you correctly, you should be able to get it to show up by going to Store > Store Window and enabling it.
