First: Set up your preferences and all account information at the top of the screen. It's the tab that states My Account. If you don't set up preferences then you will end up having your auctions with the default items that are preset.

Second: Take the online course. I have it in my link below. It will answer 99.9% of your questions.

Third: Take deep breaths and read as many stickies on the board as possible to learn before jumping into Auctiva.

I'm a huge fan of Auctiva and I'm sure you will be too!
