Please Help Me Fix This Template?

I created a few that I'm using, however I can NOT for the life of me (When I hit edit) figure out how to change the picture LOCATION. Now I have it set to upper left, but I need to move it down. How can I edit the picture display section in my template?

Been at this for days now. Frustrated.
