Hi cengkerang,

When you generate you eBay token, it is giving 3rd party authorization to Auctiva so I'm not sure why eBay is giving you that message...I've actually never heard of it before.

I suggest you contact eBay and ask why your listings are being removed for that reason when you have granted 3rd party access to Auctiva.
