Please help me with Auctiva closed account

Please help, I was upset because I couldn't combine shipping I close Auctiva account revoked privledges on ebay, and was going to reopen. Now nobody that won my auction can check out and auctiva will not allow me to make a new account because they say they already have a user with that name.
