Please Help! My auction listing has no description!

I have looked everywhere to post a support ticket and can't find a place to do it.
I just launched an auction on ebay and my description is totally missing. I checked it on Auctive and the description is there. Why do you think it is missing in my auction? Can someone tell how to fix this. Thanks!
