First thing I would do is check your Auctiva listing page for 'events'...it will show in red at the top of the page if there are any. Because if you're not seeing your listings in 'my ebay' they probably never posted.

As for the gallery pic (which may be the cause of failed postings BTW) You still have to choose one while creating your Auctiva listing. If you don't, it will not post, it shows as an error or 'event'. I have a feeling this is what happened to you. Click on Listings and check the top of the page...
