Hi - Auctiva has two websites: the one you are on now which is the free service, (auctiva.com), and Classic Auctiva, (classic.auctiva.com), which is the paid service. The free service is a web based program and thus requires no download, just sign up, read the tutorials, and start using it. The paid service requires a download(s) and their users forums are at the bottom of the 'Auctiva Message Boards' page under 'Classic Auctiva Software'. For specific issues regarding that software, that is the place to ask the questions.

If you downloaded off the paid site, you should be able to find that download on your computer. You could do a search to find the file, or post on the Classic forum, or you can file a support request from the help page if all else fails and the support folks will be glad to lend a hand.
