Hi Brenda,

I went ahead and reactivated your account so all you'll need to do to get your checkout working again is generate a new token.

To do this, log in to your Auctiva account and go to My Account(tab) -> Ebay Settings -> Get New Token.

Also, if you would like to disable Auctiva checkout, you can do so at Auctiva -> My Account(tab) -> Checkout Settings. Any listings posted after checkout is disabled will not go through Auctiva checkout.

Your Auctiva user ID is "Steffan6699" and you can retrieve your password by clicking the "Forgot Your Password" link on the log in page.
