Please help! "Search my items" and "GO"

Please help me. All of a sudden right under my "title" and right before "Description"--- a box says " Search my items" and then there is a "go" button. I don't want this! I don't have a store and I don't want one. I have to go to Ebay to revise each & every listing(cut the "Search my items box and then cut the Go box.
How do I get rid of it?
The Sellathon works just fine for me and I don;'t want this other stuff. Can anyone help? Thanks!
