Reply to "Please help with Auctiva nightmare"

I'm sorry this is happening to you Shasta.

I'm not experiencing these problems, but it's not to say you aren't.

Do you have pop up blockers going? Or have you scanned for spyware? Or do you have any toolbars installed that could have functions going on in the background.

I would advise you file a customer service help ticket. I've always heard back from them within 30 minutes absolute tops with my answer. Within a few seconds acknowledgement of their receipt of my question.
