Thanks for the help Donna and wayoutwest. I'll check these things out. Part of my problem is that I don't know how to use a HTML designer. I don't even know what the key with the anchor does. I've just been coding my own html on my little text editor. I didn't know there was so much to know to use a program. Is the custom template program here in anyway similar to Netscape Composer? I got a book at the library with instructions to use that. Or is it more sophisticated like Dreamweaver?
I'll also try filing a customer service help ticket.
