What I would appreciate at this point is a notice being posted saying what your best guess is as to when the problem will be fixed I like Auctiva and intend to keep using it, but if the problem is not going to be fixed in the next hour or two, I will need to reactivate my SD account and get back to work listing items. The fact that today is a 10 cent listing day just makes it more of an issue.
