I honestly think you need to move the tag outside of the table its in, move it down into the next area - the white area and see what happens.

I only have to scroll a tiny bit, not even enought to notice. I'm on a higher resolution but if on 800x600 then you have to scroll alot.

Just try this and see if it changes anything:
