Did I screw up royally???

I had some auction items that did not sell so I edited them & posted them to my eBay Store. They successfully posted to eBay but for the life of me, I CANNOT find them now in Auctiva. Oh, yes, they show up as ACTIVE in Auctiva, which is fine, but they don't appear in my SAVED LISTINGS, as I had hoped...G-rrrrrrrrrrrrrr! Was it wrong for me to post the listings right after editing them? Was I supposed to SAVE them first, then Post??? Please verify...TIA.
