Post didn't show up on EBAY and no confirmation email either (?)

I have already experienced time lost in getting duplicate fees returned from EBAY, and they don't like you to do it often.

I posted an hour ago and did not receive a confirmation email from EBAY, and the post of course did not show up there.
Is there a time delay problem here?

The question is, should I try clicking POST NOW again?
