Reply to "Postage calculator added into my HTML code but not appearing on preview"

i purchased the OZISH postage calculator from ebay. after i purchased the calculator, i then followed the sellers instruction for the HTML and then sent it to an 'HTML expert' who added the calculator into my auction HTML. When i add the finaly HTML into auctiva for my listings and preview, the calculator does not appear for some reason...
