Reply to "Posting Problems on Auctiva.com Website (3/9/09)"

Hi Community,

Update - As it turns out, it appears these listings are posting successfully and that they are incorrectly bring reflected as failures within Auctiva. We are working to get this problem resolved as soon as possible.

In the mean time, DO NOT try posting your items again just because they are listed as failures within your Auctiva account, as you may end up with duplicates. You should only try posting the item again if you check your eBay account and verify that it has not been successfully posted.

I will post further updates on this issue to this thread as additional information becomes available. Thanks for bearing with us!
