Thanks Burly, I see you have this down pretty good already. I'm a bit confused about the self-insure thing. I obviously need more coffee!

Side note, I don't know about other states but Oregon is a self insure state which means merchants can self insure and charge an insurance fee for items they ship providing they have liquid assets equal to three times the value of what they are shipping.
