I don't see why not, I think a lot of big sellers do that, just prepare it all in whatever package you compile it with and just copy and paste it into the description area.

You will still have to enter things like title, category, eBay store category, item specifics (if applicable) and so forth

Because of all those other little 'requirements' I usually build up my listings using Auctiva's profiles, seller details and custom templates and paste pre-created text in the item description field.

Shipping, p&p via the various profiles available but that is what works best for me and my current wares.
