Preview--anyone else having issues with it?

My preview is not working(on my computer)at all and my husband just updated all sorts of stuff including uninstalling/reinstalling Mozilla Firefox. SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE. I can't see the preview except for the template on the preview & the slide show. Nothing of the description is on there. Man what a COMPLETE WASTE of my day!
